Septum Spikes are carefully made to exacting measurements suitable for septum use whereas our Ear Tusks and Spikes are made with a 0.5mm tolerance for general use.
We use seasoned aged Dark Raintree wood which is extremely dense and polishes to a beautiful deep luster.
